Produce

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 1/4 cup of wheat semolina ( Couscous)
  • 1/2 cup Coriander
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Lemon, large
  • 1/2 cup Parsley
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 1/2 cup Rocket / arugula lettuce
  • 2 tbsp  olive oil
  • 1 tbsp  vinegar
  • 5 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 cup dried tomato strips in oil
  • 60 g Feta
  • 1 cup Aromatic vegetables
  • 1 Salt and pepper

Important Points

  • Roasted chicken can be used to make the salad more delicious and also to increase the amount of protein in it.
